Debra Roberts, LCSW is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, trauma-trained clinician, and business consultant with over 30 years of experience helping people navigate tough conversations and conflicts.

Throughout her career, she found that when people learned practical tools for communicating more effectively, their confidence and relationships improved—both personally and in the workplace. This led her to develop her communication model, The Relationship Protocol®, a simple, straightforward method with actionable tools and fast results.
 
In addition to authoring The Relationship Protocol book, Debra writes a column for Inc.com and has been featured in major publications like The New York Times for her expertise in communication and relationships. She has also developed two online communication programs: The Communication Protocol® for business, and My Communication Tools® for personal use. Both programs deliver powerful yet accessible information that anyone can use to make meaningful, positive changes in their lives.
