We invite you to Made By Merry NY King of the Castle Charcuterie Build-A-Board Workshop & Fundraiser with Wine Pairing, a decadent evening of sipping, sampling, and food stylizing with Merry Masson at Mill Neck Manor, a majestic Tudor Revival mansion set on an 86-acre estate overlooking the Long Island Sound. The perfect way to celebrate every dad, bring your father, mother, husband, sister, brother, friend, or come yourself! Let’s create magnificent edible art for the men you adore most in your life. Ticket includes: An in-depth board building lesson by Merry Masson, where you will learn different ways to style cheese and charcuterie, design fruit flowers, and build cracker topped delicacies. We are thrilled to have ONEHOPE Wine pour several of it’s most sought after Napa Valley wines, that Merry will skillfully pair with several passed hors d’oeuvres, for guests to sample, featuring items from the board’s menu.* Table-scaping techniques using florals from the magnificent Black Dahlia Inc. Access to the manor and gardens. The Board, all cheese & charcuterie, accoutrements, honey and jam jar, honey dipper, crackers, and packaging. Memories to last a lifetime. At the end of this incredible evening, you will leave with your own fully curated Father’s Day Charcuterie Board, as well as the skills and confidence to create one again. No experience necessary.
